Salad Dressing

We used a Pampered Chef gadget for the first time on the weekend. The idea is that you use a recipe on the side of the container found here, mix it up and pour. Since the husband first refused to eat my homemade dressing and now refuses to eat anything else :P, we decided to give it a shot. I didn't use any of the recipes on it, instead I went for the old standby: balsamic vinegar, EVOO, pepper, a big squeeze of dijon mustard, a big squeeze of honey and some spice (basil and thyme that night). It worked well since we usually shake it up in tupperware and it then dribbles down the side when we pour it.
