How to confuse Google Ads

I got an email from a friend to Gmail. The email was short "Hey Lady, how was your long weekend?". I guess the only word that Google Ads could pick up on was "lady". As a result, the ads I got were

• "old ladies, young men" from a site called dateacougar.com
• "lonely ladies need love" from lonelyhousewives.com
• "find a Thailand lady", and
• "Fifty-nine beads - Rosaries"

Is anyone else singing "one of these things is not like the others"?
