Dear Lady on the bus this morning:

Please tell me you’re not studying to be a doctor or a nurse. If you are, learning anatomy should be a little more involved than looking at the back of the workbook to fill in the blanks on the diagrams in the book. Oh, and if you don’t know the basics like “liver”, “heart” and “lungs” without looking, you need to rethink your field of study…or find better books to read for entertainment.
